This policy explains how payments work at PortableOxygenShop.

 

Accepted payment methods

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal and Klarna. Available payment methods may vary by country and are shown at checkout.

 

Klarna (buy now, pay later)

If you choose Klarna at checkout, your payment is handled by Klarna under its own terms. Eligibility, approval decisions, payment schedules and any fees are determined by Klarna, not by us. If you return a Klarna order, the refund is issued back through Klarna according to our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Currency and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay. If your card was issued outside the United States, your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

 

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. A temporary authorization hold may appear on your account before the final charge posts.

 

Taxes and duties

Where required by law, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and added to your order total. For international orders, import duties and taxes are described in our Shipping Policy.

 

Order verification and fraud prevention

To protect our customers, we may review orders and ask you to verify your identity, billing information or payment method before shipping. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or unauthorized, and any payment will be refunded in full.

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit or debit card number on our servers.

 

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details with your bank or try another payment method.

 

Pricing or listing errors

Despite our efforts, an item may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. We reserve the right to cancel any affected order and refund your payment in full.

 

Discount codes and promotions

Unless stated otherwise, one discount code may be used per order, codes cannot be combined and cannot be applied after an order has been placed. We may modify or end promotions at any time.

Billing disputes

If you see a charge you do not recognize or have a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@portableoxygenshop.com or 1-(877) 767-8699 so we can resolve it quickly. Charges from us will appear on your statement as "[Billing descriptor]".
